"phytoncide" was a process-based project at artist-in-residence located in the middle of a humid forest. over the course of approximately seven weeks, we trekked through the woodlands armed with recording equipments and instruments to record spontaneous sound sessions corresponded to each environment.
various found objects, photos, and videos were brought into the studio to create handmade instruments for recording sessions and post-stay presentations.
